Origins
Barcelona, 2014. A simple idea that changed everything
In March 2014, we held the first Brunch Electronik at CCCB, in Plaza de Joan Coromines.
From the very beginning, the concept was clear: electronic music during the day, open spaces, local gastronomy, chill-out areas and activities for all audiences with Petit Brunch.
What started as a new cultural proposal quickly became a new tradition in the city.

At every event you’ll find one or two stages with a vibrant dancefloor, where international artists and local talent set the rhythm of the day.
But Brunch is also everything that happens around it:

Barcelona is not just where Brunch Electronik was born, it’s part of its identity.
Spaces like Poble Espanyol, Jardins Joan Brossa or Parc del Fòrum have been and continue to be key to our story, hosting everything from early gatherings to large-scale events.
Each edition has helped transform the way electronic music is experienced in the city: more open, more accessible and more connected to its surroundings.
